The company is invested by the Tong Ho steel enterprise corporations and cooperation with JFE steel Group, using high-temperature metallurgical techniques to deal with hazardous industrial waste, to harmless and can reach 100% recovery (output of crude zinc oxide (ZnO) , pig iron or nickel chrome alloys).
The company in June 2010 in Environmental Science and Technology Park in Taoyuan plant is completed, began commercial operation in September the same year.
